What is included in the monthly rent?

Rent includes a furnished shared bedroom, utilities, Wi-Fi, shared kitchen and bathrooms, on-site laundry, security cameras, and wellness check-ins.

Is staff on-site 24/7?

No. Rosa Manor is independent living — participants must be able to care for themselves and follow house rules. Residents receive regular wellness check-ins both remotely and in person for added peace of mind.

How long can individuals stay in shared supportive housing?

The length of stay in shared supportive housing is tailored to individual needs and available resources. Some programs provide short-term transitional housing, while others offer longer-term support, all with the clear goal of achieving housing stability.

Who is eligible for shared living?

Individuals who are experiencing homelessness, seniors, veterans, re-entry population and others facing challenges impacting their housing stability may qualify for shared supportive housing.

What supportive services are offered in shared supportive housing?

Supportive shared living offers an exciting array of services, including case management, counseling, life skills training, and assistance with healthcare and benefits! We're here to empower you every step of the way!

How are roommates matched in shared supportive living?

Roommates are matched according to their compatibility, interests, and support needs Our dedicated program staff carry out detailed assessments and interactive interviews to guarantee the ideal pairing for everyone!

Is shared supportive housing safe and secure?

Supportive housing guarantees a secure living environment. At Rosa Manor, we confidently conduct regular safety checks and implement robust security protocols ensure the well-being of our program participants.

Do you provide housing for families?

At this time, we do not provide housing for families or women with children. Our program is specifically intended for single adults. We recommend reaching out to local social services for assistance.

Can I have visitors or overnight guests?

  • Visitors are allowed during certain hours. Overnight guests are not permitted to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.

Are meals provided?

No. Residents prepare their own meals using the shared kitchen. Food assistance referrals are available if needed.
